New Client Registration & Assessment Forms
Fill out our easy-breezy registration form so we can get to know your pup—likes, dislikes, quirks, and cuddle preferences! Download the forms below or stop by to grab a copy. When you're done, feel free to drop them back by or send in email to pawsapalooza2@gmail.com. Vet records? No problem—your vet can email them to us directly too!

Schedule a Meet & Greet for First-time Campers!
At Paws-a-Palooza, the safety and comfort of every pup is our top priority. That’s why we require a Meet & Greet Day for all first-time campers—whether they’re joining us for Doggy Day Camp or an overnight stay.
This introductory visit allows our experienced team to get to know your dog’s personality, play style, and social comfort level
What Happens During the Meet & Greet?
Think of it as a fun “meet and sniff” to make sure your pup is set up for success and tail-wagging good times! During Test Day, your dog will be slowly introduced to the pack in a calm, controlled environment to ensure a positive experience. It also gives us a chance to assess how they adjust to our facility and routines.
All Meet & Greet's must be scheduled in advance.
Staying Overnight? Here's What to Bring.
Here’s what to pack in your pup’s overnight bag:
Their food (labeled, please!)
Medications (with instructions)
A comfort item (blanket or toy)
Leash and collar
Big smiles and waggy tails!
Palooza Pup Cam
Stay Connected — Live Pup Cam Access!
We know leaving your pup for the first time can be tough—that’s why we offer our Palooza Pup Cam exclusively in our Condo Rooms! While your dog relaxes in their cozy space, you can check in anytime to see how they’re doing. Whether they’re snoozing peacefully or perking up for visitors, you’ll be able to watch the fun unfold live and in real time.
